Types of Stress.
Stress is a situation where your brain feels strained and can’t handle it any more. If not detected early enough stress can be disastrous and very dangerous. Experts have confirmed that anyone can have stress since it’s inevitable. Stress is not optional or something you can avoid it is something we all must encounter in this life. Our bodies tend to be battling upon fearful situations, trying to be defensive over situations only for them to fail that’s when stress comes in. People have different ways of dealing with stress since we are all different from one another. One person from another tend to handle stress differently.
There are different types of stress. Acute stress is the type of stress that is caused by mere argument, acute stress is very common and most people tend to experience this type of stress it’s mostly triggered from an argument and perhaps if it didn’t go the way you expected you tend to experience acute stress. The good news is that acute stress heals fast and the victim gets back to their normalcy since it is manageable. Episodic acute stress is said to be caused by too much thinking and overloading of stuff in your mind, not giving your brain some rest thus resulting to exhaustion. Episodic acute stress is caused by acute stress this is because if acute stress is not treated then it leads to episodic. Episodic acute stress is rarely experienced since it is a little serious to acute stress, episodic can also be caused by too much pressure at work and also over-stuffed brains tend to have episodic acute stress though the main cause of this type of stress is cumulative of events.
Chronic stress is the worst of all, this type of stress beats them all it is dangerous and tends to be harmful to the individual if not treated in time. unlike other types of stress chronic is more dangerous and very effective and if not treated well an individual may end losing his/her mind for good.
Chronic stress is mostly caused by prolonged trauma where an individual feels traumatized with no breaks at all, thus it reaches somewhere the brain can’t handle it anymore and leading into chronic stress. If the brain feels overwhelmed by stuff and is unable to handle them this may lead to chronic stress, thus if possible make sure to have the victim treated in advance to avid more damage. Over work may also cause stress thus people are advised not to work for long hours. Prolonged commuting is not healthy at all as this may cause serious stress without you knowing, your brain needs less pressure and not strain at all. In addition to that Stress is just like any other sickness thus should be treated with lots of cautiousness knowing that it is a condition that needs intensive medical attention. Stress is curable and can be controlled.
